ORDERING AND RETURN POLICIES

ORDERING - Dolls shown in the "BUY NOW" gallery are, as shown, and available for immediate shipment.  Dolls in the "DOLL GALLERY" can ordered as shown or custom ordered. All standing dolls come with a doll stand at no extra charge and Props shows are not included.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for all custom dolls ordered.  Allow 3-6 week for doll kits if not in stock (times will vary according to availability).

Arrangements have to me made via e-mail or phone for portrait and look-a-like dolls.

On Line Orders - we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks and money orders.   We also accept Pay Pal online. ON-LINE ordering is safe and secure.  The transfer of your order and your data is strictly confidential.  It is processed via a secure connection via SSL.

 Mail Order:   print  order form and mail to:  The Doll Market, Attn:  Order Dept., 7105 Tarragon Court, Indianapolis, IN 46237.  E-Mail  and phone (317) 709-2942 or 889-8473 orders will also be accepted.  DO NOT submit your credit card  information via e-mail.  We will contact you via phone.

Layaway

The Doll Market offers layaway service on non-sale items totaling $70.00 or more. Layaway terms are as follows:

1/3 deposit when the placing the order

1/3 due in 30 days.

1/3 due in 60 days.

SHIPPING

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  All orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise indicated.  Shipping charges are based on head to heel measurements.

 Orders for finished dolls in stock will be shipped within 3 to 5 days of paid purchase. If paying by check, please allow 7 days for your check to clear the bank. Custom orders will shipped upon completion.

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION

We offer a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. If you are not completely satisfied, reference our return policy.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 3-5 days after receipt of order.  E-mail or phone notifications that you are not satisfied with the merchandise is required and request a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number.  Reference this number with your return. There are "NO RETURNS" on SALE or CLEARANCE items.  Greenware order breakage must be reported within 2 business days and will be replaced FREE plus actual shipping charge.

The Doll Market is committed to maintaining your privacy. We never provide credit card or any other personal information to any commercial organizations or advertisers outside of The Doll Market.
We maintain our website "in-house" and any correspondence we receive from you via e-mail is directly to us. We do not believe in "selling" mailing lists or otherwise providing customer information to commercial organizations. The Doll Market goal is to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your personal information

KID PRIVACY      Although most of our customers and doll making visitors are over the age of 18, The Doll Market takes every measure to ensure that children's' privacy is protected. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13, and request that young people under the age of 18 have their parent's permission to request our catalogs.
